I think about starting a routine, or something often. And sometimes I start one. Typically with lofty goals, too high to achieve. Or, if the goals are within reach but life gets in the way and I miss a daily goal, I will get too overwhelmed and let frustration ruin the entire plan.
So, the new plan, which I hope is simple enough screw up.
Weekday routine:
- Weigh in
- Water and Coffee
- Walk dogs
- Fasted Exercise
- Shower
- Gratitude and Goals
- Mid-morning Food (~10:30)
- Noon: short exercise
- Mid-afternoon Food (~2:00)
- 4:30 Exercise
- Post-Exercise Green Smoothie w/ Protein
- Evening Food
- Stretch
- Night Small Protein Drink
And, since one of the main goals is to get faster and feel better on the bike, the evening exercise should be focused around the the bike.
More on which to elaborate, but I want to get today started!
